In 2008, Keith Adams Jr. founded T-Jack Construction, building a successful general contracting company specializing in commercial interior and exterior tenant improvements (TI) and renovation projects. After buying out his partner, he merged T-Jack Construction with Adams Asphalt Patching to form Adams Asphalt & Construction (AAC). The merger expanded AAC’s capabilities by adding commercial renovation and tenant improvement services while continuing the company’s long-established asphalt paving, concrete, and civil construction expertise.
In 2008, The addition of T-Jack did not add experience in concrete or civil site work. Those capabilities have always been part of Adams Asphalt. T-Jack added our tenant improvement (TI) and renovation capabilities only. I want to make sure that distinction is clear.
Today, AAC represents the combined strengths of both companies—offering comprehensive construction solutions backed by decades of industry experience. Our team delivers asphalt paving, structural concrete, drainage improvements, site repairs, and renovation services for commercial and residential clients throughout Western Washington.
